In the tradition of Parma

Our chef Andrea Nizzi offers original workings of classic Parmesan cuisine. The care taken in preparing dishes starts from the choice of ingredients, bought fresh every morning, only from trusted manufacturers, and extends to the study and testing of new cooking techniques.
As for meats, the typical ones from Parma stand out, from the prized Culatello di Zibello to the well-known Parma ham. The first courses are traditional to the Emilia-Romagna region: home-made pasta, topped with tasty sauces and broth.

For the main courses we have white and red meat, accompanied by tasty side dishes and cheese selections. Last but not least, the desserts: creams, sauces and compotes to finish each meal with a smile.
